RFP Question Formats - Multiple Answer

APES/INFORequestor can generate electronic RFP/RFI/RFQ (RFx) questions that allow a vendor to respond by selecting many responses out of many different options you have previously defined. There is no limit on the number of choices that may be designated for each question. An example of a multiple answer question is shown below.

In our example, the vendor has clicked on, and selected, three answers out of a possible six. The screen now appears as:

rfp response

This APES capability enables you to create an RFx that asks questions in a manner that focuses attention on how well the proposed product or service fits your unique needs, and forces a consistent response from all vendors. This makes it much easier to compare proposals and make the most effective decision.
